  2. What type of diffuser is hiessence?
    Hiessēnce diffusers use nebulizing technology- transforming fragrance oil into a fine, dry mist without water or heat. This allows for a more concentrated and immediate scent experience.

  3. How is it different from ultrasonic diffusers?
    Ultrasonic diffusers dilute oil with water and create a visible mist.
    Hiessēnce diffusers dispers pure fragrance oil, resulting in a more defined and longer-lasting scent.

  4. How large of a space can it cover?
    Depending on the model and setting, Hiessēnce diffusers can scent spaces from approximately 20-300 sqm.

  5. Does it make noise?
    A soft, intermittent hum may be heard during operation due to the internal air mechanism.


 

Usage

  1. What oils can I use?
    Use only Hiessence fragrance oils as it is specifically formulated for nebulizing diffusion.

    Avoid carrier oils, cooking oils, or oils not designed for air diffusion, as they may affect performance.

  2. How long should I run the diffuser?
    Usage depends on your space and preference. Most users run the diffuser in intervals rather than continuously to maintain a balanced scent presence.

  3. Can I run it overnight?
    Yes, but we recommend using a timer or lower intensity setting for comfort, especially in enclosed spaces.

  4. Where should I place the diffuser?
    Place it in an open area with good air circulation. Avoid enclosed corners, direct sunlight, or areas near electronics.

  5. Can I use it while charging?
    Yes, the diffuser machine can operate while charging.


 

Safety

  1. Is it safe for pets, children, or pregnant individuals?
    Our fragrances are designed for ambient use. However, sensitivity varies. We recommend:
    • Using in well-ventilated spaces
    • Starting at low intensity
    • Consulting a healthcare professional if you have any specific health concerns
    • Pets, like people, can respond differently to fragrances. When using a hiessence diffuser around pets, ensure the area is well-ventilated. Avoid direct contact with aroma oils and prevent ingestion. If your pet is pregnant, elderly, has respiratory conditions, or has known sensitivities, consult your veterinarian before use.

    No, Hiessence diffusers are designed to operate without water. Adding water may damage the device.

  1. Can I mix water with fragrance oil?
    No, fragrance oils used in nebulizing systems are not designed to mix with water and may not diffuse properly.

  2. Can I use it in small rooms?
    Yes. Use lower intensity settings to maintain a comfortable scent level.

  3. Are there risks for asthma or sensitivities?
    Some individuals may be sensitive to airborne fragrance. Use lower settings and discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Troubleshooting

  1. If your diffuser won't turn on:
    • Ensure device is charged
    • Check proper assembly
    • Try a different power source or cable

  2. If the scent is too weak:
    • Increase intensity level
    • Move to a smaller space
    • Check oil level and placement

  3. If no mist is coming out:
    • Ensure nozzle and bottle are securely attached
    • Check for clogs or residue buildup


 

Car Mode for Capsule & Pod

  1. What is Car Mode?
    Car Mode uses motion sensing to activate the diffuser only when movement is detected.

  2. How do I activate it?
    Tap the timer button until all indicators are lit.

  3. How does it work?
    • Activates when vibration is detected
    • Enters sleep mode when stationary
    • Reactivates automatically with movement

  1. How do I place an order?
    Orders can be placed through the Hiessence website or official online stores.

  2. Can I modify or cancel my order?
    Contact customer service as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible once processing has begun.
